Integrated Security Printing Technology

Zero paper leaves this facility unaccounted for.

Since 2008, Paper Tiger Nigeria Limited has produced confidential papers, result sheets and other sensitive documents under a chain-of-custody process built for auditors, not just customers — alongside industrial and commercial print work for government, finance and industry.

Three disciplines, one facility.

What We Do.

sensitive & Important documents

Security Printing

Security-printed confidential papers, EC result sheets with carbonisation, certificates of return, and more — are produced under serialised, dual-signature control.

High-volume production

Industrial Printing

Flexographic, rotary and sheetfed capacity across Crabtree, DGS, Concepta and Komori presses, built for large-run, tightly specified jobs.

Business & branding print

Commercial Printing

General and screen printing, stationery, examination papers, and graphic design — branding and integrated design work for everyday business needs.

Our non-negotiable control process.

End-to-end chain of custody for every document.

Design & issuance

Approved artwork only

We print only from government-approved final artwork. Security paper is issued with dual signatures — our Production Manager and the government representative — and every ream is serialised and logged.

Production

Locked to job order

Presses are locked to the job order quantity; counters cannot be reset without sign-off. Printed stock, spoils and balance paper are counted jointly and signed on Form government-SEC-01 each shift.

Packing & sealing

Tamper-evident & traceable

Sensitive papers are bundled per LGA / polling unit, packed in tamper-evident cartons, and sealed with government serialised seals. Packing lists are generated directly from the serialisation server.

Handover & destruction

Witnessed, documented

Finished cartons move to government logistics under escort. Spoils and overruns are destroyed same-day before government, Police and SSS, with a joint Certificate of Destruction and video evidence.
